From the Accounts screen, right-click the mouse on the Login ID line item to open the pop-up menu.
Click Properties to
open the Properties of [the selected login ID] screen. The Properties
screen will display the tabs according to the selected login ID's
assigned user profile.
From the Expiration tab, update the expiration date in the Expiration Date text box or select a new expiration date from the calendar.
Enter a number of days that represents an interval of the required password changes into the Expiration Interval text box.
Click the Expiration Warning drop-down list then select a number of days when Track Admin will warn the user before his/her password expires.
Click the Invalid login attempts allowed before account is locked drop-down list then select a number of times the user is allowed to attempt to log in before his/her account is locked.
Click the Require a new password after the account is locked. checkbox if the user is required to request a new password from Track Administrator.
Click Update to save the modifications and return to the Accounts screen.
